Q: Why didn't my merchandise ship ?

A1: There may be a problem with your order.
A2: The ordered item is out of stock.
A3: The order confirmation was faxed to you, awaiting confirmation.
A4: The order confirmation was faxed to you, but not approved.
A5: The order was not submitted by a qualified purchasing agent.
A6: Your application did not pass credit approval.
A7: You have a past due payment that needs your attention before new shipment is shipped.

Q: Why is my freight charge so high ?

A: In this case, dealer (recipient) discount takes precedence over aplusint.com (shipper) freight rate discount. If this is the case, ask shipment to be prepaid to take advantage of our discount.
